Description
This contract awards the early‑site work for the Tidewater Landing Phase 1 B Riverwalk East development in Pawtucket, RI. The scope includes clearing, grubbing, demolition, erosion‑ and sediment‑control installation, grading, installation of temporary drainage structures, lead‑contaminated soil remediation, and site restoration. The contractor must also handle snow removal, utility coordination, and comply with prevailing‑wage, OSHA, and environmental requirements.
• Site clearing, tree removal, brush cutting, demolition
• Installation of silt fences, sediment forebay, drainage swales, and temporary drainage structures
• Excavation, stockpiling, and disposal of lead‑impacted soils
