Description
The Improved Bradley Acquisition System (IBAS) - Reprice opportunity is a sole-source solicitation to DRS Network and Imaging Systems, Inc. for the addition of IBAS parts to an existing contract. The contract will be for a period of 3 years, from Fiscal Year 2026 to 2028. The proposal requires pricing for three ordering periods and includes requirements for cost and pricing data, subcontracting plans, and quality control measures. The Government contemplates Firm-Fixed-Pricing (FFP) for this effort. Key aspects of the proposal include:
• Providing fully supportable cost data and a summary schedule
• Including working Excel formulas and backup documentation for labor categories, labor hours, material and equipment costs
• Submitting a subcontracting plan and identifying key business unit personnel
• Addressing potential Organizational Conflicts of Interests (OCIs) and providing a mitigation plan if necessary
• Complying with FAR 15.408 and FAR 15.404-3(b) for cost and pricing documentation and subcontractor analysis
