The FDA is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price quote to acquire an Element Biosciences AVITI Sequencing System for its Office of Antimicrobial Resistance. The contract will be sole‑sourced but any responsible offeror may submit a quote. The vendor must provide the instrument, professional installation, verification, training for at least two FDA staff, comprehensive documentation, a one‑year warranty, and ongoing maintenance performed by OEM‑authorized personnel.
