Description
The City of Boise is seeking bids for the Large Diameter University Dr.- Sherwood Street Cured-In-Place Sewer Rehab Project (RSP 412). The project involves cured-in-place rehabilitation of approximately +/- 8 L.F. of 8-inch, 1,618 L.F. of 27-inch and 866 L.F. of 33-inch diameter concrete sewer main using Fiberglass UV Cured in Place liner along with service reconnections, service reinstatements, lining of existing manholes, and other related work. The project is located in Sherwood Street, thence southerly on Earle Street, thence easterly on University Drive.
• The project requires the contractor to provide all equipment and personnel necessary to clean the lines of interest for this project prior to TV inspection.
• The contractor shall provide a video record of the television inspection and submit it to the Engineer or Owner’s RPR at the completion of each television inspection run.
• The contractor shall remove all roots, grease, oils, mineral deposits, and calcifications, loose surface material, and objects within the sewer to the pipe walls and lateral connections to a level acceptable to Engineer prior to commencing pipe rehabilitation.
• The contractor shall demonstrate that the pipe is adequately cleaned and provide a clear, in-focus video recording of the television inspection.
