Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, intends to award a sole-source contract to Auris Health, Inc. for the procurement of the MONARCH QUEST Robotic Bronchoscopy System Upgrade. The requirement includes the proprietary MONARCH Advanced Imaging Accessory Kit, Field Upgrade Kit, MONARCH QUEST software upgrade, installation, configuration, testing, validation, and all associated labor necessary to upgrade the existing Government-owned system.
• The proposed contract action is conducted under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a Single Source.
• Auris Health, Inc. has certified that it is the sole manufacturer and sole distributor of the MONARCH QUEST Upgrade.
• Interested parties believing they can satisfy this requirement shall submit a capability statement demonstrating their ability to provide the required proprietary MONARCH QUEST Upgrade.
• Responses must be received no later than July 26, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
