Description
The City of Portland is seeking bids for the supply of bulk liquid carbon dioxide for drinking water treatment at the Portland Water Bureau's Lusted Hill Facility. The successful bidder will be required to deliver approximately 1200 tons of CO2 annually. The carbon dioxide must comply with applicable industry and government standards and specifications, including NSF 60 and AWWA B510-18. The bidder must also provide a Certificate of Analysis with each delivery.
• The bid must include all costs for delivery, handling, and storage of the carbon dioxide.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental sustainability.
