Description
The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Mid-Atlantic is seeking bids for roof repairs to Buildings 147 and 148 at the Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point in North Carolina. The project includes structural repairs, roof replacement, and exterior wall repairs. The estimated cost range for the project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. The contract completion date is 640 calendar days after award.
• The project includes three contract line items: CLIN 0001 for the base price, CLIN 0002 for Option 1, and CLIN 0003 for Option 2.
• The Government may reject an offer as nonresponsive if it is materially unbalanced.
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price.
