Hazardous Material Removal/Abatement Request for Proposals

Request: The Schoharie Economic Enterprise Corporation (SEEC) is seeking Request for Proposals from licensedHazardous Material Removal/Abatement Professionals to provide services in conjunction with the NY Forward program. NY certified Minority and women-owned businesses are strongly encouraged to respond. SEEC is looking to engage a professional service provider to remove/abate asbestos and lead paint for a window replacement project located at 204 Main Street in Sharon Springs, NY. Scope of Work:This Scope of Work defines the requirements for the removal, stabilization, and disposal of asbestoscontaining materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) identified during the Limited Pre-Renovation Regulated Building Materials (RBM) Inspection conducted by LaBella Associates, D.P.C. on November 3, 2025, in support of a planned window replacement project.
