The City of Newburyport is seeking bids for the demolition and removal of a private residence located at 9 75th Street in Newburyport, MA. The scope of work includes cutting and capping related utilities and disposal of a basement level (above grade) oil storage tank, boiler, water heater, etc. A second contractor will return to the site in spring 2026 to place additional beach sand and dune grass on the subject lot for preservation as open space.
