Description
The United States Probation and Pretrial Services Office for the Eastern District of Texas is seeking vendors to provide treatment services for federal defendants and persons under supervision. The services required include substance use treatment, mental health treatment, and sex offender treatment. Vendors must be capable of providing services within a geographic area encompassing Brownsboro, Texas. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to extend for an additional four years.
* Required services include substance use assessment, substance use individual counseling, substance use group counseling, and substance use family counseling.
* Vendors must have a physical site within the catchment area and provide flexible scheduling options to accommodate the schedules of defendants/persons under supervision.
* The vendor shall provide a comprehensive diagnostic interview and a typed report to the USPO/USPSO within 10 business days of receiving the referral.
* The vendor shall provide counseling based on current scientific research on drug use and addiction and match treatment interventions to specific problems, risk, and needs of the defendant/person under supervision.
