IT MANAGER - PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACTORS

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Technical Assistance (OTA) is seeking an Information Technology (IT) Manager to provide IT management and administrative services in support of its global projects. The IT Manager will be responsible for providing oversight, coordination, consultation, and guidance on all IT matters and operations, as well as advising management on IT issues. The ideal candidate will have significant experience as an IT manager, technical management experience in computer networks and hardware and software systems, and expert knowledge of information technology standards and practices. • Provide oversight, coordination, consultation, and guidance on all IT matters and operations • Advise management on IT issues • Create, maintain, monitor, and evaluate IT strategy and work plan • Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with partner offices and stakeholders • Perform IT project oversight and management • Review and advise management on IT project cost and time estimates • Provide guidance and training to non-IT staff on IT-related systems • Develop internal information management policies and procedures • Advise leadership on IT capabilities and resource utilization • Develop and manage IT budget, contractual services, and equipment
