The Tecumseh Lake Trailhead AMLER project involves the design‑build construction of a paved pedestrian/bike trail, a modular retaining wall, a gravel parking area, and associated site work including clearing, debris removal, earthwork, culvert and under‑drain installation, signage, and revegetation at Tecumseh Lake, Perry County, Ohio. The work must comply with Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) specifications, include strict erosion‑control measures, and meet a mandatory pre‑bid meeting on August 27 2026.
• Construct ~170 ft paved pedestrian path beside SR 93 and Township Rd 457, including asphalt pavement and aggregate base.
• Install prefabricated modular retaining wall, straw‑wattles, under‑drains, 18‑in HDPE culvert (45 LF), and 6‑in outlet pipe (100 EA).
• Provide gravel parking blocks, vehicle barriers (bollards), and detectable warning signage.
• Perform clearing and grubbing, debris removal, compacted fill placement (720 CY), and standard revegetation with seed, lime, and mulch.
• Follow ODOT traffic‑control, environmental, and safety requirements; final completion required by July 9 2027.
