Description
The US Air Force is seeking a vendor to provide 160 UPS 12HX540 UPS batteries and installation equipment for the 732 Operations Group. The vendor will be responsible for the purchase, delivery, and installation of the batteries. The work will be completed at a secure facility, and the vendor will need to comply with site access requirements. The facility has a single story, and the work will be completed weekdays from 0800 to 1600 hours.
• The batteries will be shipped to the 732 OG warehouse for storage until installation is scheduled.
• The vendor will need to provide replacement cables, and the cable details are included in the attachment 3 report.
• The UPS system will be worked on one cabinet at a time, and the switch-over will occur during regular hours.
• The vendor will need to provide technicians who can place the UPS into and out of bypass.
