Description
The Los Angeles County Internal Services Department is soliciting bids for the renewal of multiple Ivanti software subscriptions (patch management, SCCM connector, technical relationship manager, etc.) for FY 2026‑27. The procurement is a commodity/service bid (software licenses) with a total of five commodity lines. Bids must be submitted electronically via the County’s Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal by 12:00 PM on 9 Oct 2026. Vendors must be authorized distributors or resellers of Ivanti products and must attach required certification letters and all Appendix A forms. The contract will cover up to 17,500 units per line, with subscription periods ranging from 1 Sep 2026 to 31 Aug 2027 (or 31 Dec 2026 for one line). The award will be made to the lowest total acceptable offer, with a maximum aggregate spend of $200,000 per fiscal year for this vendor.
