MNIT S2C Software Modules RFI

The State of Minnesota is seeking information from prospective vendors on software modules to administer Sourcing to-Contract functions of the State's information technology related master contract programs. The State is looking for a comprehensive front and back-office process management system with all information stored in an active database that can be used to generate appropriate reports. The system should be a hosted, COTS solution with user-friendly, easy to navigate tracking of items moving through workflows. The State is seeking a system that at a minimum contains a web-enabled, self-service portal, workflows for internal approval processes, dashboards, and ability to create and use templates. • The system should have version control on all documents created and redlining ability between contract parties. • The system should have user and role-based security levels and export data to formats which can be ingested into analytics tools. • The system should have self-contained or API integration to an eSignature product and internal communication system. • The system should have ability to search on keywords and other fields and AI functionality or a roadmap for AI.
