Description
The Department of the Interior, Interior Business Center (IBC), Acquisition Services Directorate (AQD), is seeking appraisal services for the SNPLMA-NWC Flamingo and Riley Affordable Housing Parcel in Clark County, Nevada. The selected contractor will provide a market value appraisal of the property, which will be used by the Department of the Interior to assist in the potential sale of the property. The appraisal report should be completed within 102 calendar days from the date of the purchase order award. The contractor must hold a valid license as a Certified General Appraiser by the State of Nevada and have experience appraising comparable tracts of land in Nevada, particularly the Las Vegas area.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote for the appraisal services.
• The contractor must have a valid Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
• The contractor must provide a statement of qualifications, including their experience and qualifications for the appraisal assignment.
• The contractor must provide a list of similar appraisal assignments completed in the last five years, including details about the appraisal assignments and client references.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (UASFLA) guidelines.
