The Idaho Department of Fish & Game is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for its Nampa Regional Office building (approximately 14,950 sq ft). Services include routine cleaning of lobbies, breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and conference rooms on a nightly schedule, quarterly hard‑floor deep cleaning, annual carpet and window cleaning, and the provision of cleaning supplies and equipment. The contract is a three‑year fixed‑price agreement with termination options and requires the contractor to meet specific insurance, background‑check, and green‑cleaning standards.
