MGA Parking Lot Maintenance- Macon & Warner Robins

Middle Georgia State University (MGA) is seeking one or more qualified contractors to provide comprehensive parking‑lot maintenance, seal‑coating, resurfacing, and restriping services on its Macon and Warner Robins campuses. The work includes routine surface preparation, crack filling, application of commercial‑grade sealcoat, pavement marking, traffic control, and protection of adjacent property. Contractors must be Georgia‑licensed, bonded, insured, and able to meet GA‑standard insurance and performance‑bond requirements, as well as adhere to university safety and background‑check policies.
