Description
The State of Illinois, Department of Corrections, is seeking a vendor to provide masonry services to remove and replace part of the asphalt walk with concrete for some of the sidewalk areas at the Jacksonville Correctional Center. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, tools, and equipment to complete the project, and the vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. The contract will have an initial term commencing upon the last dated signature of all parties and ending on June 30, 2026. The total price of this contract is firm, and the vendor's pricing is located in the Items Tab in the BidBuy Purchase Order.
• The vendor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on October 23, 2025, at 9:00 am at the Jacksonville Correctional Center.
• The vendor must confirm attendance via email to [email protected] by October 22, 2025, at 11:00 am.
• The vendor must provide a written estimate and/or proposal on any repairs, replacements, and/or work exceeding $500.00.
• The vendor must maintain records of all work, maintenance, and repairs provided under this agreement and furnish copies to the governmental unit designee.
• The vendor must report to Central Management Services – Bureau of Strategic Sourcing (BOSS) an annual usage report.
