The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to determine if other companies are capable of manufacturing or obtaining the items listed in Attachment 1. The Government intends to award a sole source, long-term contract to AAR Supply Chain, Inc. Interested and responsible sources who consider themselves qualified to manufacture or obtain the items are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought by March 10, 2026. Responses must include the name and address of the company, CAGE code, business size status, point of contact name, title, phone, and email, as well as a capability statement and documentation demonstrating adequate financial resources and technical skills. • The Government is seeking companies that can manufacture or obtain the items listed in Attachment 1. • The items are currently sole source to Woodward, Inc. with AAR Supply Chain, Inc. as the sole exclusive distributor. • The Government intends to award a sole source, long-term contract to AAR Supply Chain, Inc. • Responses must be emailed to [email protected] by March 10, 2026, 5 pm EST. • Companies must demonstrate their ability to meet the requirement and include documentation demonstrating adequate financial resources and technical skills.
