Description
The Texas A&M University System is seeking a contractor for the demolition of Bender Hall at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, Texas. The project includes demolition, salvage of identified items and materials, and removal of resulting rubbish and debris. The contractor will be required to submit a proposal that includes a HUB Subcontracting Plan, and monthly HUB Progress Assessment Reports will be required with each pay application. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• The project is located at 500 Doc Blanchard Blvd, Stephenville, TX, Bender Hall, #0536.
• The proposal submission deadline is August 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• A public proposal opening will be held on August 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
