Description
The State of Maryland is seeking a Master Contractor to provide QLess scheduling software, a queue management system and appointment scheduling tool. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for the manufacturer, QLess, and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the contractor must ensure that the proposed COTS software is virus-free. The State reserves the right to purchase more or less than the specified quantity, and the contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the required services and deliverables.
• The contractor must provide a detailed description of the warranty/maintenance requirements and deliverables.
• The contractor must provide pricing for the software, including any applicable fees.
• The contractor must provide a certificate of authorization from the manufacturer.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
