Amtrak Rooftop Unit 1 Replacement

The City of Lincoln is seeking bids from qualified companies to replace the existing rooftop HVAC unit at the Amtrak Station. The project includes the removal of the existing unit and exterior duct work, and the installation of a new high-efficiency unit. The contractor will be responsible for all field verification, including measurements and connections, to ensure proper fitness and operation of the replacement unit. The project must be completed within 60 days from delivery of the equipment. • The contractor must provide all necessary permits and inspections. • The contractor must ensure that all work is completed in accordance with state and local authorities and current version of the City of Lincoln Standard Specifications for Municipal Construction and City of Lincoln Standard Plans. • The contractor must provide a performance/payment bond for the project. • The contractor must provide manufacturer's operation and maintenance manuals and as-built drawings.
