Description
The Government Publishing Office is seeking a qualified printer to produce 256 large‑format (36 × 48 in) four‑color posters covering chemical, hubb, and micro learning topics. The contractor must supply the printed posters, meet Quality Level 3 standards, package them in tube containers (≤ 40 lb each), and deliver to Fort Sam Houston, Texas by the specified deadline. No formal proofs are required; the contractor is responsible for all pre‑flight checks and internal proofreading. Payment will be made after invoicing and submission of a W‑9.
• 256 posters total (16 copies of each of 16 distinct files)
• Large‑format offset or digital printing, CMYK, 150‑line screen, minimum 2400 × 2400 dpi (1‑bit) or 600 × 600 dpi (8‑bit)
• Delivery by 05 / 27 / 2026 to METC IMD, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX; packaging in tubes ≤ 40 lb, with tracking notice emailed on shipment day
• Submission via GPO “Publish” portal by 05 / 19 / 2026 10:00 a.m. ET; mandatory W‑9 and compliance reporting required.
