Hollice T. Williams Stormwater Park

The City of Pensacola is seeking bids for the construction of the Hollice T. Williams Stormwater Park. The project involves the construction of a comprehensive stormwater management system, including the installation of new stormwater infrastructure, detention facilities, and a pump station. The contractor will also be responsible for the construction of multipurpose recreational areas, park pavement and surfacing, site planting, irrigation infrastructure, site lighting and electrical, signage and wayfinding, and other miscellaneous site features. The contractor must coordinate with existing utilities and address any potential conflicts with the required work. • The project area is approximately 47 acres. • The contractor must construct a new underground detention system, including StormCapture units. • The contractor must install new stormwater infrastructure, including inlets, culverts, and conveyance channels. • The contractor must construct a pump station at Long Hollow Pond, including associated electrical, mechanical, and conveyance infrastructure. • The contractor must coordinate with FDOT and CSX on works related to their infrastructure.
