SWW Fairgrounds Friendlyville Improvements

The Lewis County is seeking bids for the SWW Fairgrounds Friendlyville Improvements project. The project aims to transform the under-utilized Friendlyville area of the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds into an accessible and high-value asset. The scope of work includes site preparation, demolition, paving, drainage and stormwater, water service improvements, and grading. The contractor will be responsible for preparing the site, installing new asphalt paving, and constructing an infiltration gallery. The project is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage Laws, and the contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The project requires the installation of approximately 10,400 SF of new asphalt paving. • The contractor must construct a 2-foot-wide conveyance drain with perforated pipe and drain rock. • The project includes the installation of yard hydrants and connection to the existing water line. • The contractor must perform minor grade adjustments to maintain sheet flow and support surface improvements.
