Civil/Structural Engineering Consulting Services

Pinellas County Construction & Property Management (CPM) is seeking Qualifications Statements for Continuing Civil/Structural Engineering Services from interested Consultants licensed and qualified by the State of Florida to provide professional engineering services. The consultant shall provide comprehensive structural engineering design services to support new construction, renovations, facility upgrades, and infrastructure projects. Services shall be performed on an "on-call" or "as-needed" basis, tailored to meet the specific requirements of each project. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, structural engineering design & analysis, civil engineering design & analysis, and other related services. • Provide structural engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents for new buildings, renovations, and retrofits. • Perform structural load analysis, including dead loads, live loads, wind loads, and seismic forces, to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards. • Design structural systems using steel, concrete, masonry, timber, and other construction materials, considering durability, cost-efficiency, and sustainability. • Assess existing structures for remodeling, expansion, or structural modifications, ensuring safety and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Perform detailed structural calculations and modeling to ensure designs meet safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
