Westwood - 2026 Monument Signs

The Westwood Community School District is seeking proposals for the 2026 Monument Sign upgrades located throughout the district. The project requires vendors to submit sealed bids, including shop drawings and submittals, to the district's office or online through the Braun Construction Group Plan Room. The bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond or certified check, and the vendor must complete and sign the provided bid form, familial disclosure, criminal affidavit, and Iran disclosure statement forms. The successful bidder will be responsible for completing the monument sign upgrades as specified in the RFP. • The RFP can be found on the State of Michigan's SIGMA VSS site. • Bids must be submitted on or before July 31st, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. • All questions should be submitted to Wyatt Nedbal, Estimator at Braun Construction Group, at [email protected]. • The project requires a 5% bid bond or certified check for bids above $29,000.00. • Payment and Performance bonds are not required for subcontractors.
