Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, Overton Brooks VA Medical Center in Shreveport, Louisiana, is seeking a contractor to provide digital mailing system equipment and software services. The contractor will be responsible for leasing equipment, providing maintenance and support services, and ensuring compliance with USPS regulations. The contract will be for a period of 29 months, and the contractor must provide training to VA staff on the use of the equipment and software. The contractor must also ensure that all equipment and software meet the requirements of the contract, including being IMI compliant and having a FedRAMP ATO.
