Request for Information - Joint Tactical Terminal -Next Generation

The Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is conducting market research to identify potential alternate sources capable of supporting the production of Joint Tactical Terminal - Next Generation (JTT-NG) systems. The Government is planning to extend the current seven-year IDIQ contract for an additional three years and seeks industry feedback regarding the ability to manufacture JTT-NG Terminal using existing technical drawings, documentation, and associated software source code and/or executables. Key points to consider include: • Experience manufacturing similar tactical terminals, avionics, SATCOM systems, or other complex military communication hardware • Capability to utilize Government-provided JTT drawings and technical documentation • Ability to support or integrate available JTT software source code, executables, or firmware necessary for system operation • Estimated schedule impacts and potential lead-time reductions based on receipt of available JTT-NG technical data and software artifacts • Additional data, certifications, or documentation required to produce JTT-NG units or implement ECP updates • Rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates for production capacity, scalability, and timelines to ramp up manufacturing • Recommended approaches, partnerships, or technical considerations for alternate source development
