Description
The Department of the Air Force is seeking to purchase three Hydraulic Fluid Dispensers, specifically the MALABAR Model 877600B-6 or equivalent. The requested specifications include a commercial off-the-shelf item, compatibility with a 55-gallon drum, and supply of BMS 3-11 Type IV and V fluid. The equipment must have a filter rating of 5-15 Microns, an air inlet rating of 70-110 psig, and a hydraulic pump fluid delivery rate of at least 4.5 gpm. The dispenser should also include a hand pump, hose reel, static reel, liquid level gauge, and fluid meter.
• The dispenser must be trailer-mounted with a pintle hook trailer hitch and parking brake.
• The equipment should have a standard finish using Skydrol resistant paint.
• The dispenser must include Nitrogen racks with a Nitrogen regulator and two 3600 psig Nitrogen bottles with CGA680 valves.
• A service manual, parts list, and operating instructions must be included.
