Blood Bank Reagents - New Base Plus Four Option Year Contract

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking to establish a new multi-year contract for Blood Bank Testing Reagents. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor will be required to provide reagents necessary to conduct transfusion testing, manifest and invoice reagents shipped, and ship reagents according to a schedule.
