Description
The Bullock Creek School District is seeking proposals for asphalt parking lots and drives crack filling, sealcoating, and line striping. The scope of work includes power cleaning, dressing out parking lot edges, removing weeds and grass, hot pour filling cracks, applying coal tar sealer, and striping. The contractor must provide technical data sheets on the sealing material proposed and documentation of the product used. The work shall start after July 4th, 2026, and be completed by July 31st, 2026.
• The contractor is responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, codes, and regulations.
• The contractor must obtain and pay for any required permits.
• The contractor must provide the required insurance certificates before being awarded the contract.
• The contractor must clean their job area daily and dispose of all trash and debris.
• The contractor must field verify all existing field conditions and take necessary steps to ascertain the nature of the work.
