Construct EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades - Philadelphia, PA

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to construct EHRM infrastructure upgrades at the Michael J. Crescenz VAMC in Philadelphia, PA. The project involves upgrades to existing rooms and telecommunication closets, including relocation, reconfiguration, expansion, and renovation. The contractor will be responsible for general construction, structural, mechanical, and electrical work, as well as information technology and civil engineering. The project will require phasing, as not all work areas will be available for construction concurrently. A site visit prior to bid is mandatory to ensure the contractor understands the existing conditions.
