Description
The School District of Philadelphia is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive scaffolding services for its facilities. The contract will cover erection, dismantling, and rental of scaffolding equipment, with detailed labor rates for straight‑time, night‑shift, overtime, and double‑time work, as well as equipment rental for the first 28 days and extended periods. Vendors must also handle any required inspections, repairs, or replacements at no cost to the District and comply with the District’s standard insurance requirements.
• Provide daily and hourly rates for scaffold erection and dismantling.
• Supply monthly rental rates covering the initial 28‑day period and extended rental rates (weekly/monthly).
• Offer labor rates for straight‑time, night‑shift, overtime, and double‑time work.
• Ensure all inspections, repairs, or replacements are performed at no cost to the District.
