This solicitation seeks a qualified contractor to provide engineering, design, rental, delivery, installation, and removal of temporary scaffolding for the Long‑Baseline Neutrino Facility (LBNF) / Deep Underground Neutrino Experiment (DUNE) project at the Sanford Underground Research Facility (SURF) in Lead, South Dakota. The award will be a three‑year indefinite‑delivery‑indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) subcontract with a maximum ceiling of approximately $3.9 million.
