Budget estimate

$300,000 – $500,000

The estimated budget for this contract can be determined by considering the annual quantity of bottled water required, which is 2,100 cases, with each case containing 24 units of 16 fl oz bottled water. Assuming an average cost of $1.50 per unit of bottled water, the total annual cost would be approximately $75,600. Since the contract term is for one year with the option to renew for up to four additional one-year terms, the total potential budget for the five-year term would be around $378,000. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on the bidder's pricing and other factors.
