CHANGE ORDER NOTICE - Midwest Fleet Manager

The State of Illinois Department of Transportation is seeking a vendor to provide fleet management services for the Midwest region, including Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, and Wisconsin. The contract will involve overseeing and coordinating the High-Speed Rail program across the Midwest. The vendor will be required to continue providing fleet management services from February 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026, with the possibility of an extension. The services will include coordination with the Maintenance Contractor, Federal Rail Administration, and the Service Operator. • The vendor must have experience in fleet management and coordination. • The vendor must be able to oversee and coordinate the High-Speed Rail program. • The vendor must be able to provide services from February 1, 2026, to July 31, 2026. • The vendor must be able to coordinate with the Maintenance Contractor, Federal Rail Administration, and the Service Operator.
