Elm Avenue Culvert Replacement Project - Webster Groves, MO

The City of Webster Groves is seeking a qualified contractor to replace an existing corrugated‑pipe culvert beneath Elm Avenue with a larger reinforced‑concrete box culvert. The work includes demolition of the old pipe, installation of the new box culvert, reconstruction of curb and gutter, concrete pavement, sidewalks, median islands, guardrail, storm and sanitary sewer upgrades, and streambank restoration at the Elm Avenue & Kirkham Drive intersection.
