The GPO is procuring 9,600 double‑sided, 5½ × 8½ in laminated “dry‑erase” TCCC cards for the Department of the Air Force. The contractor must print on JCP Code A60 white uncoated paper, apply 3 mil dry‑erase laminate on both sides, trim to size, package in 100‑card shrink‑film units (≤ 40 lb each), and ship FOB destination to Fort Sam Houston, TX by mid‑July. Production can be offset or digital provided Quality Level 3 standards are met, and the supplier must handle pre‑press file preparation, tracking, and post‑delivery notification.
