This solicitation seeks a sole‑source contractor to upgrade and integrate the HVAC control infrastructure at the Rome, NY location. The work involves updating servers, system controls, and migrating all existing Trane Tracer controllers into the proprietary Trane SC+ Energy Management Control System (EMCS). Trane is the exclusive provider for the required hardware, software, and maintenance services, making this a sole‑source award. • Update server hardware and system control software for HVAC operations. • Integrate current HVAC units into the Trane SC+ EMCS platform. • Replace/upgrade proprietary Trane Tracer controllers and associated software. • Provide ongoing maintenance and system upgrade services exclusively through Trane. • Ensure compliance with all applicable Air Force and federal regulations.
