City of Mableton Shredding (QUOTE)

The City of Mableton is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide secure document destruction (shredding) services for Municipal Court records containing Criminal Justice Information (CJI). The selected vendor must comply with applicable federal and State of Georgia laws, including CJIS Security Policy, GCIC regulations, and GBI requirements. The scope of services includes secure collection and storage of documents, on-site and/or off-site shredding services, secure transport of materials, maintenance of a documented chain-of-custody, and issuance of a Certificate of Destruction. • The vendor must demonstrate compliance with CJIS, GCIC, and GBI requirements. • The vendor must provide a detailed and itemized pricing structure for all services. • The vendor must have experience with government or municipal entities. • The vendor must have a secure chain-of-custody procedure in place. • The vendor must have NAID AAA Certification (preferred or required) or equivalent industry certification.
