The United States Air Force is seeking a lessee for a portion of the east end of Okaloosa Island on Eglin Air Force Base. The lease is for the purpose of constructing and operating a public beach park on approximately 1.8 acres of property. The lease period will be for 30 years, and the lessee must pay fair market value for the property. The lessee will also be responsible for all administrative costs associated with the lease.
