Oberly and Washington Terrace Improvements (Project No. 26005-130)

The City of St. Petersburg is seeking the services of a qualified Architectural/Engineering firm to provide engineering design services for the Oberly and Washington Terrace Improvements project. The project includes several capital improvement projects, such as Oberly Storage Tanks, Oberly Pumps, Oberly Valves and Yard Piping, Washington Terrace Storage Tanks, Washington Terrace Pumps, and Washington Terrace Valves and Yard Piping. The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering design services, including preparing a Basis of Design Report, 60% design documents, 90% design documents, and final design documents. The firm will also be responsible for attending construction progress meetings, reviewing shop drawings, and responding to requests for information. • The project is located in the City of St. Petersburg, Florida. • The project includes several capital improvement projects. • The selected firm will be responsible for providing engineering design services. • The firm will be responsible for attending construction progress meetings and responding to requests for information. • The project is planned to be completed by a Construction Manager at Risk.
