FY26 Carpet Cleaning BPA

The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide carpet cleaning services at Hanscom Air Force Base (HAFB) through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to clean carpeting in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The BPA will be for a period of five years, and the contractor will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis. The scope of work includes cleaning up to 1 million square feet of carpeted areas, with the frequency of cleaning dependent on the needs of the base. The contractor will be required to provide a full deep cleaning process consistent with the SOW, which includes pre-vacuum, spot treatment, agitation with approved chemistry, and hot water extraction.
