Description
The Lindenwold Board of Education is seeking a qualified occupational‑therapy provider to deliver direct OT services and evaluations to K‑12 students with IEP or Section 504 needs for the 2026‑2027 school year. The contractor will staff licensed NJ OT clinicians, manage travel between five school sites, maintain detailed documentation, attend required meetings, and comply with SEMI reporting and all district, state, and federal regulations.
• Approx. 2,750 total service hours (≈ 2,500 OT direct, 250 evaluation) across early‑childhood, elementary, middle, and high schools.
• Services must be performed by NJ‑licensed therapists with ≥ 5 years experience; vendor must hold NJ Dept. of Education approval and carry required insurance.
• Hourly fee proposal required; contract runs July 1 2026 – June 30 2027 (non‑renewable without new solicitation).
