The Department of Mental Health is seeking a vendor to provide two 30-foot commercial fiberglass flagpole shafts, internal winch fittings, and 3x8 ground sleeves, as well as labor to remove existing flagpoles and dispose of them, remove existing footings, and install new footings and sleeves. The project is located at the Hadley Building, 167 Lyman Street, Westborough, MA 01581. • The vendor must provide all necessary materials and labor for the project. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage rates. • The vendor must submit a bid that includes all costs associated with the project, including materials, labor, and disposal of existing flagpoles and footings. • The vendor must provide documentation of successful completion of a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA.
