99--PROBE ASSEMBLY

The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is seeking a contractor to provide a probe assembly for the US Navy. The contract is a sole source requirement, and the Government physically does not have sufficient, accurate, or legible data to contract purchase with other than the current source. The contractor must provide a quote that includes either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing, as well as estimate costs to repair the item. The delivery terms are FOB Origin at or near the contractor's plant. The contractor must also provide documentation appropriate to the type of payment request in accordance with the payment clause, contract financing clause, or Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.216-7, Allowable Cost and Payment, as applicable.
