USAFA Flight, Parade and Service Caps

The US Air Force Academy (USAFA) intends to award a sole source commercial contract to Bernard Cap, LLC for the supply of various types of caps, including flight caps, parade caps, and service caps. The contract will be awarded with one base year and four one-year options. The requirement includes the supply of 800 Officer Flight Caps, 400 Officer Flight Caps for women, 1,200 Cadet Flight Caps, 400 Cadet Flight Caps for women, 1,100 Cadet Service Caps, and 1,200 Parade Caps. • The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. • The anticipated award date is on or before 9 December 2025. • The Government has deemed Bernard Cap, LLC to be a responsible contractor with respect to performance. • The contract will be awarded using simplified procedures in accordance with FAR parts 12 & 13.
