The State of West Virginia is seeking qualified vendors to perform the complete electrical installation for the new IBEX Building located at 100 Parkway Road, Charleston, WV. The work includes all wiring, conduit, panels, lighting, power distribution, and related hot‑work activities required to bring the building to code. A mandatory pre‑bid meeting on 2026‑08‑20 at 11:00 a.m. must be attended, and questions are due by 2026‑08‑24. Bids are due by the bid‑opening time on 2026‑08‑27 at 2:30 p.m. The contract will be awarded to the responsible, lowest‑priced bidder and will be a fixed‑period construction contract.
